This is a deadline-driven industry and whilst we would all love to have long lead times, we know this isn't always possible. In an ideal world we'd like a minimum of one week to recruit for your project but if you don't have that long, just get in touch and if we can accommodate we will.

We strive to continually improve, evolve and expand professionally and this is why we are currently in the process of completing the final stage required to attain certified MRS membership (CMRS), and ultimately working towards becoming an MRS company partner. Certified status is the professional membership grade of MRS, recognising both academic achievement and professional experience.
In addition to our MRS membership, we are individual members of The Association for Qualitative Research (AQR).
Reflective of our responsible and secure data handling methods, we are registered with the The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and have a dedicated data controller within the organisation.

Consultation. We know what we're doing - we've been doing it for most of our adult lives, as such we want to help you win your bid and carry it out successfully. We are always happy to be consulted at the early stages to find out the feasibility of your proposed methodology, and due to our previous experience as qualitative researchers, we have been in your shoes so understand the importance of getting things right from the start. We are a friendly, personable and highly experienced team and we want to share this with you at all stages of the project lifespan. You may just want to pick our brains very quickly and receive a 'yes' or 'no' answer or you may want to engage in an hour-long video conference to discuss your thoughts in real time. Whatever you need, nothing is too much trouble and we are here to help you along the way. We believe in speaking to people, so give us a call and let's see how we can help you today. We consider this an invaluable service, as such we don't put a price on it.
Screener writing. We are fully trained and certified to create online screeners based on your specific brief. If you tell us what you want, we will design a screener for you to approve. If you have your own screener that's great but if not we are more than happy to do this for you at no additional cost.
Venue hire. We have an extensive list of research venues all over the UK. Whether you need techy usability lab facilities, a viewing studio with two-way mirror and recording equipment, or simply a comfortable hotel meeting room, we are happy to help source these for you at no additional cost. Just tell us what you need and where and leave it to us to find you a venue. We will run the options by you and book whichever you prefer on your behalf. All we require is an invoice address so the venue can send the bill direct to you.
Incentive handling. We appreciate that cash-handling is not always feasible. This is where we step in. We are happy to pay the participants we recruit for you, so you don't have to carry large sums of money around. In order to do this we just need payment in full up front. We apply a 10% handling fee for this service so please let us know if you require any assistance.
